The Beer Making Process3 Simple Steps To Your Own Great Beer Step 1 - Brewing Choose which style of beer you would like to make. Following the recipe sheet, carefully measure the ingredients. Following the instructions, you add the ingredients to our brew kettle that we have prepared for you. We will help you through this process. This can take from 5 minutes up to an hour depending upon how much you want to do. Step 2 - FermentationYour brew is then transferred by us into a temperature controlled room where we supervise the fermentation process. This takes a minimum of 2 weeks depending upon the style of beer chosen. Step 3 - BottlingOn your booked date return to us and bottle your beer. We have triple filtered and carbonated your beer ready for drinking. We can provide you with enough bottles for your brew or you can recycle and supply your own clean bottles. Each brew will make about 6 cartons of beer. You can sample your beer for quality and bring your mates to help out. Your beer will be at it's best kept cold and will achieve optimum flavour for 3-4 months. |
